ÜBER MICH
Miodrag Milicev studierte Astronomie, Physik, Mathematik und Polytechnik und arbeitete in Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft überwiegend in der Entwicklung neuer Technologien.
Seit seiner Jugendzeit setzt sich der Künstler mit der Fotografie, Zeichnen, Malerei, Literatur und Lyrik auseinander. Schließlich folgt er seit einigen Jahren neuen Wegen, und widmet sich wieder intensiv dem Kunstbereich.
Seine erste Ausstellung „Phantastische Wirklichkeit“ (2012), fand zusammen mit seiner Tochter Mira Milicev-Wiggenhorn in der Künstlerkolonie von Szolnok (Ungarn) statt. Neben Fotografien, wurden auch einige Gemälde aus früheren Perioden ausgestellt.
In seiner Weiterentwicklung, setzte er sich mit dem Thema „Parallelwelten“ auseinander. So entstand eine manuell hergestellte Collagenreihe, die mit Hilfe von Schneiden und Kleben von eigenen Fotos realisiert wurde. Damit ist jedes auf diese Weise entstandene Werk zum Unikat geworden.
Seine zweite Ausstellung „Parallelwelten - eine partielle Darstellung der Wirklichkeit“ fand im Rahmen des Festival OFF//FOTO 2017 in der Galerie „be art“ (Heidelberg) statt. Hier fanden seine aufwendig entstandenen Collagen den passenden Rahmen.
Die aktuellen Arbeiten widmen sich dem Thema „Traum, Raum und Zeit“, und stellen eine Vertiefung des persönlichen Prozesses: „Das nicht Beendete“ dar. Hier geht es um die Umsetzung von eigenen Erfahrungen, die in einer Wechselwirkung mit der Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft stehen. Die hier entstandenen Kunstwerke kommen in Collage-, Zeichen- und Maltechnik vor. Hierbei werden die eigenen fotografischen Arbeiten durch Fotografien aus dem Familienarchiv ergänzt

Miodrag Milicev studied astronomy, physics, mathematics and polytechnics and worked in science and business mainly in the development of new technologies.

In his further development, he dealt with the theme of "Parallel Worlds". Thus, a manually produced series of collages, realized by cutting and gluing his own photographs, was created. Thus, each work created in this way has become unique.
His second exhibition "Parallel Worlds - a partial representation of reality" took place as part of the festival OFF//FOTO 2017 in the gallery "be art" (Heidelberg). Here his elaborately created collages found the appropriate setting.
The current works are dedicated to the theme "Dream, Space and Time", and represent a deepening of the personal process: "The not finished". Here it is about the implementation of one's own experiences, which are in an interaction with the past, present and future. The artworks created here occur in collage, drawing and painting techniques. Here the own photographic works are supplemented by photographs from the family archive.

Miodrag Milićev studirao je astronomiju, fiziku, matematiku i politehniku, posle čega je radio u oblasti nauke i privrede, gde se najvećim delom bavio razvojem novih tehnologija.
Još od rane mladosti pokazuje interesovnje za fotografiju, likovnu i literarnu umetnost. Poslednjih godina on se ponovo intenzivno posvećuje ovim oblastima umetnosti.
Njegova prva izložba “Fantastična stvarnost” (2012), u umetničkoj koloniji u mađarskom gradu Solnok-u, održana je zajedno sa njegovom ćerkom (Mira Milicev-Wigennhorn). Pored fotografija, bilo je izloženo i nekoliko slika iz njegovog ranijeg perioda.
U njegovom daljnjem razvoju počeo je da se bavi sa temom „Paralelni svetovi“. Radovi su realizovani u manuelnoj tehnici klasičnog kolaža, a nastali su uz pomoć „sečenja, spajanja i lepljenja“ isključivo sopstvenih fotografija. Rezultat ovakvog stvaranja su jedinstveni unikati.
Njegova druga izložba „Paralelni svetovi - jedno parcijalno predstavljanje stvarnosti“, ostvarena je u okviru festivala „OFF//FOTO“ 2017 godine u galeriji “be art” (Heidelberg/Nemačka). Ovde su njegovi radovi našli odgovarajuće okvire.
Aktuelni radovi posvećeni su temi „San, prostor i vreme“ i predstavljaju produbljivanje umetnikovog procesa „nedovršenog“.
Ovde se radi o primeni sopstvenog iskustva, koje se kreće kroz prošlost, sadašnjost i budućnost. Novonastali radovi su izvedeni u različitim tehnikama; kolaži, slike i crteži. Primenjeni materijali potiču iz umetnikove lične arhive, dok su manjim delom korišćene i fotografije iz porodičnih zbirki.
